STORE RE-OPENING

​PLEASE READ THE NEW SHOP OPENING PROCEDURES DUE TO COVID-19

• We're re-opening our shop on Tuesday the 16th of June as set out by the recent Government guidelines. It's important you can shop safely and so we've been busy making sure we have strict social distancing measures in place to keep you and our staff safe.
• This includes no more than 2 customers in store at any one time and sanitiser stations at our shop door entrance.
• We will be doing a locked door policy to limit customers in the shop. So please ring the door bell if there is no queue.
• Safe queuing 2 meters apart out side on the pavement marked with balloons.
• You will be invited to entry the shop when it is your turn. If there is no queue please ring the door bell for our attention.
• Once you entry into the shop please use the hand sanitiser and keep 2 meters social distance. We also encourage use of face masks.
• We have 2m navigational markers on the floor to guide you through the shop and sneeze screens at our checkout.
• Staff will be wearing face masks and may wear face shields while serving and helping customers.
• Please limit touching the products to the one’s you are going to purchase and a staff member will assist you.
• We're asking shoppers to limit their shopping group to no more than two people, where possible.
• Staff are on hand to help and remind everyone to stay safe and follow these guidelines.
• We ask you to order online using our click and collect service if possible. When click and collect customers arrive please phone the shop so we can prioritise you.
• We are so excited about our new online shop service click and collect is up and and running, and although it is still a working progress, you will notice products being added and descriptions and images updated every day.
• The online shop will enable customers to see many (but not all) of our products in store, from the comfort of their own home! You can order online and either collect in-store or have items delivered to you.
• These procedures may change as government changes the regulations
