begbrook community centre bristol - room DECORATIONS - 1st holy COMMUNION

Today we where at the Begbrook Community Centre in Stapleton, Frenchay Park Road, Bristol, BS16 1HY doing the decorations for a 1st Holy Communion.

This function room holds about 80 - 100 guest.  For this room they had 10 x cluster of 3 latex balloons with the pink balloons being printed with  a lovely On Your communion with butterfly and flowers around the balloon.   We covered about 80 chair covers with a baby pink organza sash bows.  There where 10 tables that we covered with white  plastic cloths.  At this venue they don't allow table confetti on the tables.

On the stage we put a table with a cake table single pearl balloon arch and decorated the front of the table with pink and white bows and a small organza swag. Then in front of the table they had a small personalised 18 inch pink foil balloon display.  By the buffet table they had 2 personalised banners with a picture on the banner.
